  • Taxpayers who take the standard deduction can now claim a limited deduction on their 2023 federal income tax returns for cash contributions they made to specific qualifying charitable organizations.​

  • Taxpayers who itemize can now apply up to 100% of their AGI for calendar-year 2023 qualified contributions.
