DUES

To help fund the day-to-day operations of the club, we require each player to pay membership dues to play for our club. In addition, players must register and pay dues with USA Rugby and TRU (AKA CIPP) to be eligible to play in games and tournaments with Space City Rugby.

We offer many programs to help players that require financial assistance to pay for dues/CIPP. Please do not let money stop you from playing rugby.

CLUB DUES
 Fall 2025 Cost - $100

Spring 2026 Cost  $100

(Fall 2025/Spring 2026 per season cost) 

Pays for the day-to-day operations of the club, such as field rentals, equipment, after-game socials, compensation for the coach, and administration fees.

If needed, club dues can be paid using a payment plan approved by the treasurer of the team. If you have other concerns about paying club dues, please talk to the treasurer for options. We do not want finances to discourage you from playing rugby! 

USA RUGBY & TRU DUES

All players must register with USA Rugby and the Texas Rugby Union (TRU) annually.
The membership year runs from September 1st to August 31st.

Pays for USA Rugby and TRU Dues, which help USAR and TRU cover operational costs, such as liability insurance, referee costs, and player insurance.

SCHOLARSHIPS
We are currently working on a program to help players who need help paying for Club dues/CIPPs. More information will be coming soon. If you feel like you will need help from this program, please feel free to contact us with any questions.
